Infused Dye Sub Metal Prints by fine art printmakers.

Our clients who are seeking a higher-level of care in the making of their metal prints have asked us to bring this product into our line of fine art print services.  Imagine your pieces printed on infused dye sublimation metal with the care and attention to detail of a true fine art print-maker with over 30 years in the industry.

If you, like our other clients have discovered, that their current wedding/portrait metal print vendor doesn’t understand the difference between just a print and one made for fine-art we welcome you to give us a try.

Metal PrinterWhat is a metal print?

Using world-renowned inks and the honed eyes of Master Printers, your artwork is first printed on a high-resolution transfer medium. It is then placed in careful registration against a coated aluminum sheet scientifically engineered for maximum image performance and longevity. Using precisely determined temperatures, calibrated machine speeds and our renowned attention to detail, your image along with the aluminum receiver are heated – swelling the special coating while evaporating the inks. The thirsty coating absorbs the printing dyes and hardens as it cools – locking your image into the protective barrier.

Metal Print Options

By developing our own hanging systems for the larger metal prints (not yet shown), we’ve overcome one of the major issue of metal prints – they can bend easy at larger sizes. Using a variety of backers and float frames we are adding much-needed rigidity to the infused dye sub metal prints.

Because a smaller piece of metal is harder to bend, we still provide the common hanger styles for those sizes.

Please Note: The multifaceted technology involved in the manufacture of metal print media is complex and challenging. While the manufacturers make every effort to ensure the highest level of media, the occasional small surface imperfections will occur in the coatings. Most noticeable on the high gloss materials, these imperfections while inevitable, are evaluated by our team to ensure they do not affect the front-on view of your art. Since these imperfections are a regular part of the process, we cannot remake metal prints due to the imperfections of the surface unless the issue is prominent in the finished metal print.
