• We rent by the day or week and charge for show dates only, shipping days are free

• We offer setup/breakdown in the Denver metro area by our staff for a nominal fee
• Trade show training and tips – let us show you how to make the most of your trade show experience. From setup to follow-up, our experienced staff will show you the dos and don’ts of trade show exhibiting. All at NO extra charge.

Rental Prices

• Full size booths (10ft) available in several colors, include lights, and case - $200 for the first day, $100 for additional days.
• Tabletop or Tableguy Includes lights and case - $150 for first day and $75 for additional days.
• Podium - $75 for the first day and $50 for additional days
• Banner stands - $25 per day
• Other accessories such as shelves, additional lights, etc. are quoted upon request
